The WW Club picks up where the course left off - but at a more relaxed pace. Each month we'll take a step-by-step approach focusing on one aspect of health .

We'll dive in, have fun, and you'll have more time to take action on your next step. You'll keep making progress one simple step at a time.

And, of course we’ll be in the kitchen every month because food is foundational to wellness!

Hello - I'm Connie Bendickson - founder of Square Root Wellness. I help women make simple diet and lifestyle changes that move them toward wellness in spirit, soul, and body.

Following Jesus is a big part of who I am. My heart’s desire is to know Him better each day and align my life with His. Wellness is ultimately about being who God uniquely created you to be, doing what He designed you to do, and enjoying the life He has given you – that’s how we thrive and cultivate a life well-lived!

If you’re curious about credentials, I hold a traditional naturopathy degree from Trinity School of Natural Health and I’m a graduate of the AFMCP® course through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Losing both of my parents to cancer led me to volunteer as a HealingStrong group leader.

Being in the trenches myself, feeding my family whole foods in the midst of a fast-food culture, finding ways to accommodate food sensitivities, and learning to take responsibility for my own health is instrumental in how I support others on their wellness journey.

Who can join The Wellness Warrior Club?
The WW Club is available to women who are registered for the Wellness Warriors course (or have taken it previously). You do NOT need to have completed the course, but I ask that you watch the first five days so you understand the foundation we are building upon in The WW Club.
What if I'm unhappy with The WW Club?
I would never want you to be unhappy! What is the theme for July 2020?
