"I was feeling really hopeless about my physical health, not sure where to go to get answers. Traditional medicine had not helped. This course is about how to change your lifestyle spirit, soul and body to obtain optimum health. Eating whole foods alone is a game changer. Actually doing the class everyday helps you build devotions/time with God into your schedule. I am the mother of a toddler and sticking to a strict schedule is simply not possible, but I've been able to find balance even without a strict timetable. And I've found time to exercise. The 4 minute workout, 3 times a day is my new best friend for busy days!
I can't thank you enough Connie! This has been life changing. There is of course more things I can do...but I will take it one day at a time and start to form some good habits. It all starts with a single step.
Sign up for this course. You won't be sorry! "

"Thank you for your guidance on this journey toward wellness! In the past I have felt overwhelmed knowing that there are so many things that I should do but that I am not doing. Thank you for encouraging us to begin with small steps. Your gentle wisdom is much appreciated. "

Hi – I’m Connie. I help women thrive by making food and lifestyle changes that lead to wellness for themselves and their families. Nutrition has been my passion for a couple decades which means my kids grew up drinking green smoothies and getting hooked on real food. But that doesn’t mean I want to spend hours in the kitchen. I teach women how to get back to the basics to make healthy eating simple, nutritious, and delicious.
Ultimately, my food philosophy boils down to eating real food. I feel best when I eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, clean meats, pastured eggs, a few nuts and seeds, organic dark chocolate 😊 and gluten-free grains on occasion. I love the simplicity of eating this way and though I have restrictions (gf/df/corn/soy/nightshades), I’m thrilled with the abundant variety of foods I eat – delicious and nutritious!
While food is foundational to wellness, it’s not everything. Other lifestyle factors greatly influence our health such as movement, cleansing, rest, and rhythm. In addition, we must care for all three parts of us – spirit, soul, and body – if we want to be well. Developing healthy habits in each of these areas is an ongoing journey that we explore in Wellness Warriors.
The most important thing you should know about me is that I love Jesus. My heart’s desire is to know Him better each day, align my life with His - and help others do the same. Wellness is ultimately about being who God uniquely created you to be, doing what He designed you to do, and enjoying the life He has given you – that’s how we thrive and cultivate a life well-lived!
I hope you’ll join me and an awesome tribe of women who are on a mission to make wellness a way of life!
If you’re curious about credentials, I hold a naturopathy degree from Trinity School of Natural Health, I'm a graduate of the AFMCP® course through the Institute for Functional Medicine and a Whole30 Certified Coach. Losing both of my parents to cancer led me to volunteer as a HealingStrong group leader.
Being in the trenches myself, feeding my family whole foods in the midst of a fast-food culture, finding ways to accommodate food sensitivities, and learning to take responsibility for my own health is instrumental in how I support others on their wellness journey.
